GPS satellite receivers have brought a new dimension to control surveying, this enables control points to be established for all types of surveys, from Geodetic to Local. Combining this information with terrestrial observations using total stations enables us to provide a rigid framework of control anywhere in the world.
A&B Surveys uses highly developed software to compute the combined observations by least squares, and then issues a control report with full error analysis. Standard deviations and error ellipses are quoted for all co-ordinates established in all three dimensions. Orthometric heights are established to satisfy clients' requirement by digital or trigonometrical leveling, or by a combination of both. Again, least squares is used to compute and check the results.
